"South-East Army" commander arrested in Luhansk - minister
A joint police and Security Service team arrested the commander of the so called "South-East Army" in Luhansk, eastern Ukraine, on Friday in fulfillment of an order by a Luhansk court, the interior minister said.
The detainee, Oleksiy Relke, who was taken to Kyiv for interrogations, is suspected of subversive activities, complicity in a coup attempt, and owning illegal bank accounts abroad, a statement posted on the Interior Ministry's Web site cited Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov as saying.
