OSCE high commissioner on national minorities visiting Ukraine
OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Astrid Thors is paying a working visit to Ukraine on Friday, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reports.
"In the context of an intensive dialogue between Ukraine and the OSCE, I would like to inform you that OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Astrid Thors is on a visit to Ukraine at the Ukrainian government's invitation to take part in events marking the 70th anniversary of the deportation of Crimean Tatars," Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said at a news conference on Friday.
Thors is set to meet with acting Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Deschytsia later on Friday, he said.
