Police partly remain inside Luhansk administration building
Negotiations continue between police and the protestors who have seized the building of Luhansk Regional State Administration.
The protestors have formed a corridor outside the building, intent on letting policemen out of the building on the condition they remove helmets and leave weapons, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent said.
Eyewitnesses claim that several policemen have already exited.
At the same time, one police commander said the law enforcers will not surrender their weapon.
The protestors are holding Russian flags and those of the "Luhansk guard," many are holding sticks and clubs.
The protestors in front of the building, mainly women, are chanting "Russia!" " Donbas !".
