The current Ukrainian authorities are fulfilling their obligations under the agreements reached at a quadripartite meeting in Geneva, U.S. President Barack Obama has said.
"What we see from the conclusions of the Geneva agreement is that the Ukrainian authorities are implementing its provisions," Obama said at a press conference in Seoul on Friday.
At the same time, Obama said that Russia had not condemned the actions of pro-Russian activists who seized government buildings in eastern Ukraine and had not used its influence to de-escalate the situation.
