Ukrainian Interior Ministry reports killing of 5 terrorists in operation in Sloviansk

Up to five terrorists were killed in an operation Ukrainian security forces conducted in Sloviansk, Donetsk region, on Thursday, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry reported.

"In the course of an antiterrorist operation, Interior Ministry and Defense Ministry units unblocked and destroyed three checkpoints of illegal armed units in the northeastern part of Sloviansk. Up to five terrorists have been killed in an armed clash. Among the participants in the operation, one soldier was wounded," the ministry said.
