Subversive rallies in east Ukraine led by Russian officers giving instructions to shoot to kill - SBU

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has reported that subversive groups operating in the eastern regions of Ukraine are led by the Russian special services, who are giving instructions to shoot to kill.

"The conversations between Russian saboteurs intercepted by SBU indicate that subversive rallies in eastern Ukraine are openly led by the staff officers of the Russian military intelligence, who are giving cynical instructions 'to shoot to kill' at Ukrainian servicemen," the SBU press center reported on Wednesday.
