Ukrainian Ambassador to Belarus Mykhailo Yezhel has returned to Minsk after consultations in Kyiv.
"The ambassador was not recalled from Minsk. He went to Kyiv for consultations. He is now back. Today we will send a note to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry stating that the ambassador has begun working," the Ukrainian embassy in Moscow told Interfax on Friday.
The ambassador's return took place at the same time as the presentation of the tourist potential of Ukraine, which is held in the embassy.
According to earlier reports, citing the Ukrainian embassy, the ambassador left for Kyiv for consultations several weeks ago.
