Turchynov authorizes Shlapak to sign US-Ukraine agreement on loan guarantees

Verkhovna Rada Speaker and acting President Oleksandr Turchynov has approved directives for Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak to participate in talks with the United States on signing an agreement on loan guarantees between Ukraine and the United States and authorized him to sign the agreement.

A respective order has been posted on the Web site of the acting head of state.

Under the same order, the acting Ukrainian president authorized Shlapak to sign the agreement on loan guarantees between Ukraine and the United States.
