Shyshatsky resigns as Donetsk Regional Council head
Donetsk Regional Council Chairman Andriy Shyshatsky has tendered his resignation.
"I have written a letter of resignation," he said at a press conference in Donetsk on Wednesday.
Shyshatsky said that his deputy, Ihor Koval, would fulfill the regional council chairman's duties before an emergency session is held.
