Talks with Moscow possible after troops pullout – Turchynov
Ukraine is ready to talk to Russia in any format provided Russian troops leave Ukrainian territory, Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Speaker and acting head of state Oleksandr Turchynov said.
"We are ready for talks with Russia in any format but our main position in these talks must be a withdrawal of the Russian troops from the Ukrainian territory," he said after meeting with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in Kyiv on Friday.
"Ukraine will never put up with the seizure of its territory," Turchynov said.
