Ukrainian PM calling for creating commission of defense ministers of Russia, US, UK

Ukraine's leadership has called for the creation of an urgent commission of defense ministers of the states that are guarantors for Ukraine under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum.

"We're calling an urgent commission representing by the defense ministers of Russia, United States and Britain as guarantor states under the already known 'sad' Budapest Memorandum, to prevent an escalation of the conflict" Ukrainian Premier Arseniy Yatseniuk said when making a joint statement with Acting President of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov on Tuesday.
