Nova Poshta suspends accepting orders to deliver packages to Crimea from March 13
Nova Poshta (Kyiv), one of the largest delivery companies in Ukraine, from March 13, 2013 has suspended accepting orders to deliver packages to Crimea, the director of the marketing department Iryna Kholod has told Interfax-Ukraine.
She said that at present, the company is trying to deliver the packages accepted by the company before March 13 inclusively.
"We're not accepting new ones, as we cannot guarantee delivery to clients. We're trying to deliver those we took, but not all our trucks are permitted to enter the peninsula," Kholod said.
At present, there are 49 branches of Nova Poshta in Crimea. They are operating in the usual regime and deliver packages in Crimea.
The Crimean department of the state postal enterprise Ukrposhta told Interfax-Ukraine that the company is delivering packages from the peninsula and back in the usual regime.
