Kyiv didn't refuse to partake in meeting of CIS deputy foreign chiefs in Minsk
Ukraine didn't refuse to take part in the meeting of deputy foreign ministers from CIS member countries in Minsk, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry said.
"We didn't refuse to take part in the meeting, the country will be represented by a relative envoy to the CIS," the ministry's spokesperson, Yevhen Perebyinis, said a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
According to him, if the countries of CIS decide to meet in Minsk on March 14, 2014, Ukraine will be represented on the level of CIS permanent envoy with the status of observer.
