Turchynov dismisses Kuzmin as deputy National Security and Defense Council secretary
Ukraine's interim President and Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov has dismissed Renat Kuzmin as deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
A respective decree of March 5 has been posted on the Web site of the acting head of state.
Kuzmin was appointed to this post on October 4, 2013. Prior to that, he served as prosecutor of different districts in Donetsk and deputy prosecutor of Donetsk region. In 2003, he worked as Kyiv prosecutor, since 2005 as deputy prosecutor of Kyiv region, and since 2006 as deputy prosecutor general.
In 2010, he was appointed the first deputy prosecutor general.
