Talks between Naryshkin, Turchynov confidential - Duma
The State Duma has confirmed that its Speaker Sergei Naryshkin held telephone talks with Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov.
"The contact did take place but the negotiations are of a confidential nature," Naryshkin's press secretary Yevgeniya Chugunova told reporters on Tuesday.
Reporters learnt of these talks earlier on Tuesday from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
