Ilyin dismissed as head of Ukraine's General Staff, commander-in-chief of Ukrainian Armed Forces
Oleksandr Turchynov, Ukraine's acting president and speaker of the Ukrainian parliament, has dismissed Yuriy Ilyin from the post of head of the Ukrainian General Staff and commander-in-chief of Ukrainian Armed Forces.
A decree to this effect, which was issued on February 28, is available for viewing on the acting president's Web site.
