Rafalsky appointed acting head of presidential administration

Acting Ukrainian President and Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov has conferred the powers of the head of Ukraine's Presidential Administration on its deputy head, Oleh Rafalsky.

"Deputy Head of Ukraine's Presidential Administration Oleh Rafalsky should temporarily assume the powers of the head of Ukraine's Presidential Administration," reads a decree of February 26.
