The whole family gathered in Dnipropetrovsk on Sunday at the house of Liudmyla Telehina, the mother of the ex-prime minister, sources close to Batkivschyna Party said. Tymoshenko's husband Oleksandr flew in to Dnipropetrovsk from Prague on Sunday.
On Monday morning Tymoshenko and her family visited the grave of Hennadiy Tymoshenko at one of central cemeteries in Dnipropetrovsk. The family is planning to return to Kyiv later today.
It was reported that while in prison Tymoshenko was not allowed to attend her father-in-law's funeral.
