Employees of Ukraine's Inter television were urgently evacuated on Saturday from both of the channel's buildings in Kyiv amid fears of a violent raid or arson.
"We were given 10 minutes to get our things together and leave the building. We weren't given the reason," one of Inter's journalists told Interfax.
Another Inter employee told the agency there had been warnings that the buildings might be raided or have fire set to them, and that this explained the evacuation.
Around 14:40 p.m., the program Inter was showing at that moment was cut short abruptly, and its presenter apologized and left the studio. After that the channel started a live broadcast of a parliament session.
