Yanukovych declares Feb 22-23 days of mourning victims
Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych has declared February 22 and 23 the days of mourning in Ukraine.
"Due to the loss of human life as a result of mass disturbances February 22 and 23 are hereby declared the days of mourning in Ukraine," Yanukovych said in a decree posted on the president's website on Friday.
The same decision was made by the Ukrainian parliament on Friday.
