Ukrainian govt composition, prime ministerial candidate not discussed at talks with Yanukovych - parliamentarian
A candidate for Ukrainian prime minister or the composition of the future government have not been discussed at the talks at the presidential secretariat in the past 24 hours, Sergiy Tigipko, a Party of Regions parliamentarian, told journalists in Kyiv on Friday.
"Not a single word was said about any future government," Tigipko said.
President Viktor Yanukovych said earlier that, to settle the crisis in the country, he would initiate the reinstatement of the 2004 constitution and call early presidential elections. He also proposed starting the procedure of forming a government of national confidence.
