Opposition introduces bills to harmonize present law with Constitution 2004 – Yatseniuk
Leader of Batkivschyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that the opposition has tabled a package of the bills to bring the present legislation into line with the Constitution of 2004 regarding the work of the executive powers.
"We introduced laws that make the present legislation meet the Constitution of 2004 regarding the actions of state executives," he said during the sitting of the Conciliatory Council on Monday.
According to him, the parliament has to change about 80 laws to restore the Constitutional order of the country and the balance of power, so as to strengthen parliament's influence on the executive power branch.
