Fule: EU links financial aid to Ukraine with IMF loans
The European Union links the provision of financial assistance to Ukraine with loans from the International Monetary Fund, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has said.
"It is important that all stakeholders understand that the strength of this assistance is that the IMF is at the center of this and any other further assistance," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday.
