Fule: It's strange when injured protesters taken to hospital by police, not doctors
EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has said he is concerned that injured activists were admitted to hospital by police officers, rather than doctors.
He said at a press conference on Thursday that during his trip to Ukraine he visited two hospitals where the injured protesters and law enforcement officers are undergoing treatment.
"It looks very strange when victims are delivered to hospital by the police rather than ambulances. This is unacceptable," Fule said.
