Yanukovych likely to nominate candidate for PM next week - parliamentarian

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych is likely to nominate a candidate for prime minister for the Verkhovna Rada's consideration next week, says Yuriy Miroshnychenko, a Party of Regions parliamentarian and presidential representative at the Rada.

"It is more likely to happen next week than this one," Miroshnychenko told journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday, adding that the matter will depend on negotiations between the faction leaders at the parliament.
