Three more people on wanted list not yet released under amnesty law – prosecutor's office
All people, apart from three persons who were placed on the wanted list, have been exempted from criminal liability as part of the December amnesty law, the press service of the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The courts have yet to consider and apply the provisions of this law to those who were placed on the wanted list, including [Bratstvo leader] Dmytro Korchynsky," Kyiv Prosecutor's Office spokeswoman Yana Sobolevska told Interfax-Ukraine.
She noted that the prosecutor's office had already filed respective petitions to the courts.
Sobolevska also added that there were no well-known people, apart from Korchynsky, among those wanted.
