Court dismisses Tymoshenko's appeal against prison management's refusal to transfer her to social rehabilitation centre
A court has dismissed an appeal by former Premier Yulia Tymoshenko against the refusal of Kachanivska penal colony's commission to change the conditions of her serving her sentence and to transfer her to a social rehabilitation centre.
The judge also said that the decision of the court could be appealed against at the relative instance within seven days.
