Arbuzov denies having any citizenship other than Ukrainian – press service
The information that Acting Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov has Austrian citizenship is untrue, Arbuzov's spokesman Oleksandr Kutereschyn has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Serhiy Arbuzov has no second passport – neither an Austrian one, nor that of any other state," the press secretary said.
"I should hope that whatever the degree of emotions, the information of this kind should be verified or substantiated by some kind of evidence," Kutereschyn said.
As reported, leader of the Greens in the European Parliament Rebecca Harms said on Wednesday that a number of Ukrainian officials, including Arbuzov and ex-premier Mykola Azarov, have Austrian citizenship. Azarov has already denied the claim.
