Government may ensure all conditions to achieve national stability - Arbuzov
The Ukrainian government is ready to ensure the proper conditions are put in place to achieve national stability, Acting Prime Minister and First Deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov has said.
"The opposition and the authorities are currently continuing their dialogue to resolve the crisis. It's necessary to show mutual respect, abandon aggression and ultimatums and reach mutual understanding and dialogue... The government, in turn, is ready to ensure there are the proper conditions to achieve national stability," he said, while opening a government meeting on Wednesday.
Arbuzov expressed his condolences to the families of all those killed in the confrontation between police and protesters and expressed regret that many people, including journalists, were injured in these events. He expressed hope that there would be no more victims of the crisis.
