A Cabinet of Ministers meeting, chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister and acting Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov, has started in Kyiv.
Before the meeting, Mykola Azarov, who tendered his resignation as prime minister on Tuesday, said goodbye to government members, who, according to a presidential decree, continue to fulfill their duties until a new government is formed.
At the same time, Azarov handed over the prime minister's powers to Arbuzov.
