Speaker announces 30-minute break in parliament session for consultations
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has announced a break in an extraordinary parliament session for consultations with the leaders of parliamentary factions.
"I'm announcing a 30-minute break to agree on the issues put on the agenda," he said.
