No state of emergency to be declared in Ukraine, says Kliuyev
National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Kliuyev has said that no state of emergency will be declared in Ukraine.
"There will be no state of emergency," Kliuyev told journalists in Kyiv on Tuesday.
