EU Council not to make any decision on Ukraine on January 20, says source
The EU Foreign Affairs Council does not plan to pass any resolutions on Ukraine at its meeting on Monday, January 20, an EU senior official said on condition of anonymity.
It is possible that during the lunch some ministers will raise the issue of the situation in Ukraine, but no conclusion of the Council on this matter is planned, the official said at in Brussels on Friday.
The official recalled that in the morning, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton issued a statement on the latest developments in Ukraine.
