Ukrainian MP Anatoliy Hrytsenko, the leader of the Civil Position Party and former defense minister, has submitted a letter of resignation to parliament.
"I lay down my parliamentary mandate. I have just registered the relevant statement, addressed to Parliament Speaker [Volodymyr] Rybak. I hope the people who voted for me in the election and for whom I honestly worked in parliament for a year will understand this decision," he wrote on his page on Facebook on Friday.
