Klitschko expects 2014 to become pivotal year for Ukraine
Leader of the UDAR Party Vitaliy Klitschko has congratulated Ukrainians on Christmas and New Year.
"2013 was a tough, but very important year for Ukraine. Ukrainians have shown that they are ready to fight for their rights and their dignity. Our people have shown spirit and desire for freedom!" Klitschko said in his video greeting to Ukrainians, which was posted on the party's Web site.
He noted that 2014 should become a pivotal year when Ukrainians will replace this government, which does not allow the country to develop, when Ukrainians will embody their plans of the transformations in the state, when Ukraine will finally become a modern and European state.
"We have proved that we can do it!" the UDAR leader said.
Klitschko wished Ukrainians wisdom, endurance, peace and victory, warmth and prosperity.
