Death toll from Volgograd railway station blast rises to 18
Another person injured in the December 29 terrorist attack on Volgograd's railway station died at the hospital last night, bringing the death toll from the bombing to 18, a source in the headquarters in charge of dealing with the aftermath of the blast told Interfax.
"The person who died was Rakhmon-Ali Gaziyev, born in 1975, a resident of Volgograd. He had been treated at Hospital No. 25. Doctors had assessed his condition as critical. The death toll from the terrorist attack on the railway station in Volgograd currently stands at 18," he said.
