Volgograd region goes into mourning until January 3 - governor Bozhenov
Governor of Volgograd region Sergei Bozhenov has declared a period of mourning for the victims of terrorist acts starting with Monday and through January 3.
"As of today I declare a five-day period of mourning in Volgograd region ending on January 3," he said on Russia-24 channel on Monday.
