Foreign minister, PACE co-rapporteurs discuss Ukraine's EU integration course
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara and the co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Mailis Reps and Marietta de Pourbaix-Lundin, discussed the prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe at a meeting in Kyiv on Thursday.
"During the meeting the sides discussed the prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe, in particular, as part of the implementation by our state of respective commitments to the Council of Europe," the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.
In this context, the sides noted the adoption at first reading of a draft law on the prosecutor's office.
Special attention was also paid to issues related to the implementation of the European integration course of Ukraine.
