Ukrainian president to attend national roundtable on Friday
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will participate on Friday in a national roundtable meeting entitled "Let's Unite Ukraine," reads a statement posted on the official Web site of the head of state.
The meeting is due to start at 1400 at the Ukraine National Palace of Arts in Kyiv (103 Velyka Vasylkivska Street).
The purpose of the event is to discuss public proposals aimed at achieving political stability, public peace and calm in Ukraine.
The meeting will be attended by representatives of the Ukrainian government, political parties, trade unions, the student movement, experts, as well as the creative and scientific community.
