Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov believes the suspension of preparations for signing a Ukraine-EU association agreement was the only right decision and hopes that the EU will "lend a helping hand" to Ukraine.
"Dear friends, first of all we need to calm down now, put aside emotions and think hard and seriously. We have proposed the only right and correct way in this situation. We hope our EU partners will meet us halfway and understand that they should lend a helping hand to Ukraine now," Azarov said on Facebook on Friday evening.
