Popov did not attend pro-government rally near parliament, his spokeswoman says

Head of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov was not present and did not speak on Constitution Square in front of the Verkhovna Rada, where a rally in support of the current authorities and the head of state is being held, his spokeswoman, Alla Kozakova, has said.

"This is untrue. Oleksandr Pavlovych [Popov] was not there," she told Interfax-Ukraine.
