Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has opened a parliament meeting on Wednesday morning and immediately announced that it had been closed.
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported that after the speaker announced that the meeting had been opened the rostrum remained blocked by opposition deputies.
Rybak said that the meeting had been closed due to the impossibility of holding it and added that the next meeting it to be held at 1000 on Thursday.
