Police in talks with people inside Kyiv admin building - police
Police are holding talks with the people who broke into the building of Kyiv City Administration and House of Trade Unions and remain there.
"Talks are on with the people who are inside the building of the city administration and House of Trade Unions. They have been warned that their actions were illegal, and asked to leave the building, or else appropriate measures will be taken," the Kyiv Police Department's press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
The seizure of administrative buildings is an offence in Ukraine which subject to criminal liability.
Earlier reports said, meanwhile, that the so-called National Resistance Headquarters have been located in the House of Trade Unions.
The Batkivschyna party's press service said a press center will be accommodated in the assembly hall on the second floor of the House of Trade Unions building, where reporters will be able to charge their equipment and stay overnight.
