Situation in Kyiv under control – Ukraine PM's spokesman
The situation in Kyiv is under control, people have the right to hold peaceful rallies, said Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov's press secretary, Vitaliy Lukyanenko.
"What is proceeding in line with the law and peacefully is legal. What goes beyond the limits of the law must be curbed," he said in a commentary to Interfax-Ukraine on Sunday.
Asked whether the situation in Kyiv is under control, he answered in the affirmative. "If course, it is," Lukyanenko said.
