Clashes have restarted near the presidential administration's building in Bankova Street in Kyiv, Ukrainian mass media reported.
The wheeled tractor owned by Kyiv communal services, earlier used by masked youths, is moving again towards policemen deployed near the presidential administration's building.
The crowd is hurling bricks and metal rods at policemen. Tear gas was used again, alongside stun grenades.
"We know that Yanukovych is not in, but it is a symbolic signal," an extremist told Hromadske TV.
None of the Ukrainian politicians can be seen in Bankova Street, where clashes have continued for almost two hours.
