European Commissioner Fule: EU's relations with Eastern partners not a competition with Russia
European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has again said that the EU is not competing with Russia for their neighbors.
"The EU's relations with Ukraine and other Eastern partners is not a competition with Russia, but a win-win situation for everybody," he briefly commented to Interfax-Ukraine on the situation around the Eastern Partnership summit.
As reported, the association agreement with Ukraine was not signed at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on November 28-29, allegedly because of pressure from Russia.
