Ukraine, EU not to sign association agreement in Vilnius, says Linkevicius

Ukraine and the European Union will not sign the Agreement on Association and Free Trade Area during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius said following the negotiations which lasted until late night on Thursday.

"Regretfully, the agreement will not be signed," he said.
