Association Agreement with EU can be signed as soon as Ukraine is ready, says Fule
The Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union can be signed as soon as Kyiv is ready for it, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has said.
"This offer is still important. The association agreement can be signed when Ukraine is ready for this," he said in Vilnius on Thursday during a business forum which is held as part of the Eastern Partnership summit.
