Yanukovych to address Eastern Partnership summit on its second day
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will address the participants of the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on Friday, November 29.
"An official meeting of the summit is due on Friday. Its protocol is being implemented. There is no full program so far but, obviously, my speech is expected," the president said in an interview with Ukrainian television channels.
Yanukovych added that the procedure of his speech and when he will be given the opportunity to speak has not been determined. Ukraine will keep to the scheduled program, he said.
Vilnius will play host to the Eastern Partnership summit on November 28-29.
