Ukrainian opposition demands that PM be summoned to Rada
Arseniy Yatseniuk, the leader of the Batkivschyna parliamentary faction, has demanded that Prime Minister Mykola Azarov be summoned to the parliament on Friday to explain the government's decision to suspend Ukraine's course toward integration into the European Union.
"The Cabinet of Ministers has just made an unlawful and unconstitutional decision on cancelling the European integration course. We demand that Azarov immediately appear at the parliament tomorrow in the morning," Yatseniuk said from the parliamentary rostrum at the evening plenary session on Thursday.
